We Are Accepting Registration

Applications for 2020-2021

 

• Once your registration application has been submitted, the registration fee is due in the school office within 3 business days.

• Registration is not complete until payment is received.

• If you have more than one child to register, you will need to submit additional on-line forms for each student.

• Registration fee is non-refundable unless the school is unable to place your child in a class.

• This form serves as your formal registration application.  All applications will be date and time stamped.

• Please be aware if there is not enough interest in a class, it will not be offered and you may receive your second or alternative class choice.

• All students who are placed will receive information on required enrollment forms, immunizations records and 50% of September tuition (due August 6, 2020).
